Hubert Durieux is a bank manager. His problem in life: women harassment: his wife, his daughter, his mistress, even his assistant! All he actually cares for is an old Citroën car, which he services with love. One day, a gang of gipsies led by Mona steal the jewel. The police bring it back to Hubert, but Mona is part of the package. She also starts to torment Hubert, playing hide and seek with him. Soon, Hubert gets attracted by Mona. Then his bank is robbed by the same gang, and a terrible chase begins, taking Hubert on every continent, until he manages to squeeze Mona on top of the Eiffel Tower. That’s what love is all about…
