Set in 1930’s Los Angeles, when the city is overtaken by corruption and the world is on the brink of war, DE NOCHE evokes the transgressive spirit of Chinatown while telling a story of rare beauty, boldness and astonishing tenderness.

Richard Rent (Pascal), a hard-boiled detective, and Joe Thomas (Ramirez), a Native American schoolteacher, become targets of the city’s corrupt political machine and are forced to flee to Mexico.
