In late 1950s São Paulo, as the automobile industry transforms Brazil, Carlos, a middle-class manager, finds himself caught between ambition and emptiness. Successful yet unfulfilled, he drifts through work, family, and fleeting desires, searching for meaning in a rapidly modernising world.
